Hobbs Makes A Fatal Error

Jeff started doing cartoons for his college newspaper won two awards, and volunteered for a local newspaper for a couple of years doing editorial/politically slanted cartoons. In college While in college he submitted a cartoon he had literally just worked on between classes to the Courier-Journal national newspaper and it was published the following morning! He is published in the Funny Times along with other publications.
