Bannerman Prepares for Work

Isabella's work has been recognized by the National Cartoonists Society, The Newswomen’s Club of New York, and the Newseum. Before my contract as a syndicated cartoonist, I worked in animation, creating and directing IDs for MTV, props and characters for children’s TV programs, including “Doug” and “Pee-Wee’s Playhouse.” My cartoons have appeared in many publications, including Glamour, The New York Times, Funny Times. She has been the Monday cartoonist for King Features Syndicate’s “Six Chix” since 2000.
