  1. I just joyously started a divorce after 20 years. It was all going well and we had no pointed arguments about much of anything. And then I called down to ask for any important mail to be sent to me. Suddenly, the earth fell away!!! Casually, as though it didn’t matter, she mentioned that she had received only junk mail and a copy of “That Funny Times thing, which I threw away with the rest of the junk mail.” I had never been so sure of my decision to end our affair as when I heard that!
The only mail that I often asked for, showed triumphant joy for and devoured instantly upon receipt. I think I was living with proof of a iron clad reason for justifiable editing and lugubrious cravat slashing! But, I am controlling myself now. I’m somewhat better. This too will pass. Perhaps you could help by sending me the December issue. I will also be changing my address from 831 N Promontory Drive, Tucson AZ 85748 to Poulsbo Post Office #366, Poulsbo, WA 98370. I would much appreciate your help in my continuing good mental health. Thank you very much. Stephen Smith
