Greenberg Won’t Go

|
SHARING IS CARING
A four-panel comic strip by Steve Greenberg is about an older person mentoring a younger one.
Panel 1: The older person says, "That's today's lesson. Do you have any questions?" The younger replies, "Will you be leaving soon? "
Panel 2: "Uh, n o. It's just 3:20, and I still have another class..." The younger person replies, "No, I mean leaving your job here, like, forever."
Panel 3: "Huh?" asks the mustached teacher. In a tirade, the student says, "Our generation is as populus as yours, but YOU guys are hogging all the jobs. We face tons of student debt but few jobs. Could you please RETIRE and go play shuffleboard or whatever old people do?"
Panel 4: Angry, the teacher screams, "I AM NOT RETIRING UNTIL I AM GOOD AND READY!!" Out of frame, the younger person whispers, 'Could you at least MOVE AWAY then?"
