  1. I want to send Phil Proctor’s anecdote:”Pass It Along” in the Planet Proctor feature in the November 2015 issue to my course instructor. He has recently lectured on money and debt in the development of civilization. How can I do this? I don’t find an online archive of this feature that is accessible with a link. Thank you.

    Carol
